Ok so I gotta share this raspberry peach smoothie with ya cuz its seriously life-changing. Been making it all summer & honestly cant get enough. Peaches + raspberries = pure magic y’all.
So heres the thing – first time I made this was totally by accident. Had some peaches going soft & raspberries bout to go bad. Threw em in the blender & boom! Best smoothie ever. My kids now beg for it every morning.

Why This Recipe’s a Game Changer
Look, making smoothies doesn’t have to be complicated. This raspberry peach smoothie proves it! Dead simple but tastes like it came from some fancy juice bar.
My friend Sarah always messed up smoothies – too thick, too watery, whatever. Gave her this recipe & now shes the smoothie queen in her house lol. Kids love it, hubby loves it, even her picky mother-in-law approves.
Best part – you can literally make it with whatever you got. No yogurt? Use extra milk. No honey? Peaches are sweet enough anyway. That’s why its my go-to recipe.
What You Need
Basic stuff:
- 1 cup frozen raspberries (fresh is ok but frozen = better texture)
- 1 cup frozen peaches (slice em if they’re not pre-cut)
- 1 cup almond milk (any milk works tbh)
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (or whatever yogurt u have)
- 1 tbsp honey (skip if your fruit’s sweet enough)
Extra stuff if ur feeling fancy:
- Handful of spinach (cant even taste it i swear)
- Chia seeds (for that healthy boost)
- Protein powder (vanilla’s best)
- Half a banana (makes it super creamy)
Pro tip: ripe peaches make ALL the difference. Should smell sweet & feel kinda soft.

Let’s Make It
- Dump milk in blender first – trust me on this
- Add yogurt then frozen stuff on top
- Start blending slow (like 10 sec)
- Crank it up high til smooth (30-45 sec usually)
- Too thick? Add milk. Too thin? More frozen fruit
- Taste it – add honey if needed
Blender struggling? Let frozen fruit sit out 5 min first.
Mix It Up
Bored of the same thing? Try these:
- Tropical vibes – add mango & pineapple
- Berry overload – throw in blueberries & strawberries
- Green boost – extra spinach + cucumber
- Breakfast power – peanut butter & oats
- Summer special – coconut water + mint
- Dessert mode – cocoa powder + vanilla

So this raspberry peach smoothie always takes me back to summers at grandma’s. She had this massive peach tree & wed pick fruit every morning. Different times now but same awesome taste.
Thats what I love bout this recipe – old school meets modern life. Yeah fresh-picked fruits amazing but frozen works perfect & means smoothies all year round.
