Ingredients
  

  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 200 g egg noodles or your preferred noodles
  • Optional: protein chicken, shrimp, tofu

Instructions
 

  • Boil the noodles in salted water according to the package instructions until al dente (about 6-8 minutes).
  • While the noodles are cooking, melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1-2 minutes).
  • Add the soy sauce and sesame oil to the skillet. Stir to combine.
  • Drain the noodles and add them to the skillet. Toss to coat the noodles evenly with the garlic butter sauce.
  • Serve immediately, optionally topping with your choice of protein or vegetables.

Notes

You can substitute the egg noodles with rice noodles or spaghetti.
For a vegan version, use plant-based butter and gluten-free noodles.
