Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups raw walnuts
  • 1 cup pitted Medjool dates
  • 0.33 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

Instructions
 

  • Place the raw walnuts in a food processor and pulse until they reach a fine, crumb-like consistency.
  • Add the pitted Medjool dates and unsweetened cocoa powder to the food processor.
  • Process the mixture on high until it forms a cohesive dough that sticks together when pressed between fingers.
  • Scoop approximately 1 tablespoon of the mixture at a time and roll it between your palms to form a smooth ball.
  • Repeat until all dough is used and store the bites in an airtight container in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
