Oven
- 1 pound ground beef 80/20 preferred
- 12 oz uncooked pasta penne or rotini
- 24 oz marinara sauce 1 jar
- 2 cups shredded cheese mozzarella, cheddar, or Mexican blend
Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.

Customize with added vegetables, beans, or seasoning blends.
Assemble ahead and refrigerate unbaked for up to 24 hours.
Can be frozen for up to 3 months.
Substitute rice or cauliflower rice for a pasta alternative.
