  • 1 berberine capsule 500mg, opened and powder mixed in
  • 1 teaspoon Ceylon cinnamon powder
  • 1 chromium picolinate capsule 200mcg, opened and powder mixed in
  • 8-10 ounces water adjust for taste

Instructions
 

  • Open the berberine capsule and chromium picolinate capsule to extract the powders.
  • In a glass or cup, combine 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar with the powders from both capsules.
  • Add 1 teaspoon of Ceylon cinnamon powder.
  • Pour in 8-10 ounces of water.
  • Stir well until fully mixed, ensuring no clumps remain.
  • Drink this mixture 30 minutes before your largest meal of the day.
  • Start taking this every other day for the first week to allow your digestive system to adjust.
  • Optionally, add lemon juice or a natural sweetener to improve taste.
