Air Fryer Baked Oats

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 medium ripe banana
  • 1/4 cup milk of choice
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch sal t
  • 1 tablespoon dark chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Place rolled oats, banana, milk, maple syrup, baking powder, vanilla, and salt into a blender.
  • Process on high speed until the texture is smooth and pourable.
  • Lightly grease an air-fryer-safe 8-ounce ramekin.
  • Pour the oat mixture into the ramekin and sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  • Place the ramekin in the center of the air fryer basket.
  • Cook for 12 minutes or until the center is firm to the touch.
  • Remove carefully and let stand for 2 minutes before consuming.
