  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded Can substitute with other cheeses
  • 4 pieces whole wheat or regular wraps Choose your preferred wrap type
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded Use any fresh lettuce variety
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil For seasoning the chicken

Preparation

  • Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cook the chicken in the air fryer for about 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.
  • Remove the chicken and let it rest before slicing into strips.

Assembly

  • Place a wrap flat and layer with lettuce, mozzarella cheese, and sliced chicken.
  • Drizzle with your choice of sauce.
  • Roll the wrap tightly, folding in the sides, and slice in half.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

Serve with a fresh side salad or veggie sticks. These wraps are great for lunch, dinner, or a picnic. If storing leftovers, keep them in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the fridge. You can freeze the cooked chicken separately for later use.
