  • 2 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Preparation

  • Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
  • In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Rub the mixture all over the chicken breasts.

Cooking

  • Place the chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Cook for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  • Let rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

To keep leftovers fresh, store the cooked chicken in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days. You can freeze cooked chicken wrapped in plastic wrap and then place it in an airtight freezer bag.
