Ingredients
  

  • 3 large Russet potatoes
  • 2-3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1-2 teaspoons sea salt
  • Optional seasonings: garlic powder paprika, black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Wash and peel the potatoes (optional).
  • Cut the potatoes into uniform 1/4-inch thick strips.
  • Soak the potato strips in cold water for 20-30 minutes to remove excess starch.
  • Drain and pat dry thoroughly with paper towels.
  • Toss the fries with olive oil and salt. Add any optional seasonings.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
  • Arrange the fries in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Avoid overcrowding.
  • Cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  • Check for crispiness and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes if needed.
  • Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce. Enjoy!

For extra crispiness, soak potatoes for up to an hour.
