Ingredients
  

Lasagna Ingredients

  • 8 pieces lasagna noodles, cooked and drained Pre-cooked for easy rolling
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese Can be substituted with cottage or cream cheese
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup marinara sauce For dipping and coating
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese For topping
  • 1 piece egg, beaten Helps bind the cheese mixture
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs For coating
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning For flavor enhancement
  • Olive oil spray Used for spraying rolls before air frying
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a bowl, mix the ricotta cheese, mozzarella, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  • Take a cooked lasagna noodle and spread some of the cheese mixture on top.
  • Roll the noodle up tightly, then dip each roll in marinara sauce and coat with breadcrumbs.
  • Lightly spray the rolls with olive oil and place them in the air fryer basket.

Cooking

  • Air fry for about 10-12 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy.

Notes

Serve with a fresh side salad or garlic bread for a complete meal. To store leftovers, keep in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
