  • 8 oz Halloumi cheese Cut into slices for cooking.
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil Drizzled over cheese for flavor.
  • 1 tsp Paprika For seasoning.
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper For seasoning.
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder For seasoning.

Preparation

  • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cut the halloumi cheese into slices.
  • In a bowl, drizzle olive oil over the cheese and sprinkle paprika, black pepper, and garlic powder.
  • Toss gently to coat the cheese evenly.

Cooking

  • Place the halloumi slices in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
  • Serve hot as a snack or appetizer.

Notes

For best results, slice the halloumi evenly and do not overcrowd the air fryer. Adjust spices to taste and consider adding a drizzle of honey before serving for a sweet touch.
