Honey Garlic Glaze

  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted Ensure butter is melted for even mixing.
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced Fresh garlic enhances the flavor.
  • 1 tsp paprika Can use smoked paprika for a twist.
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper

Breading Ingredients

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko or regular) Panko breadcrumbs provide extra crunch.

Preparation

  • In a bowl, mix together honey, melted butter, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  • Add chicken tenders to the bowl and coat them evenly with the honey garlic mixture.
  • In a separate plate, spread the breadcrumbs.
  • Dredge each chicken tender in the breadcrumbs, ensuring they are fully coated.

Cooking

  • Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C) and spray the basket with cooking spray.
  • Place the breaded chicken tenders in the air fryer basket in a single layer, avoiding overlap.
  • Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
  • Remove from the air fryer and let rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

These tenders can be served with fries, salad, or dips like ranch or honey mustard. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Freeze for up to 2 months.
