Preparation

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a bowl, mix together the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper.
  • In another bowl, beat the eggs.
  • Dip each chicken breast into the egg, then coat with the Parmesan breadcrumb mixture.

Cooking

  • Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place the chicken breasts in the basket in a single layer.
  • Cook for 10-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F or 75°C).
