- 1 lb Salmon filets skin removed
- 2 tablespoons Toasted sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons Maple syrup or honey
- 1/4 cup Soy sauce or coconut aminos
- 1 teaspoon Minced ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic salt
Cut salmon into 1-inch cubes, removing skin if not already done.
Marinate salmon in a mixture of sesame oil, maple syrup, soy sauce, ginger, and garlic salt for 30 minutes.
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Place salmon cubes in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Cook for 5-7 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
Check internal temperature (should be 145°F or 63°C) and serve warm.
