Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Salmon filets skin removed
  • 2 tablespoons Toasted sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons Maple syrup or honey
  • 1/4 cup Soy sauce or coconut aminos
  • 1 teaspoon Minced ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic salt

Instructions
 

  • Cut salmon into 1-inch cubes, removing skin if not already done.
  • Marinate salmon in a mixture of sesame oil, maple syrup, soy sauce, ginger, and garlic salt for 30 minutes.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Place salmon cubes in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Cook for 5-7 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
  • Check internal temperature (should be 145°F or 63°C) and serve warm.
