Preparation

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  • Toss the salmon bites in the mixture until well-coated.

Cooking

  • Place the salmon bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden and cooked through.

Serving

  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

To keep leftovers fresh, store the salmon bites in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. They can also be frozen for up to 2 months. When reheating, use the air fryer at a lower temperature to warm them through, ensuring they stay tender. Alternatively, you can heat them in the oven for the best texture.
