  • 4 medium medium potatoes Any type of potatoes can be used.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil Can substitute with other oils like avocado oil.
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • optional chopped fresh herbs for garnish Try rosemary or thyme for added flavor.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Wash and slice the potatoes into thin rounds.
  • In a bowl, toss the potato slices with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until evenly coated.

Cooking

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Place the potato slices in the air fryer basket in a single layer, cooking in batches if necessary.
  • Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  • Remove and garnish with fresh herbs if desired. Serve warm.

Notes

For best results, slice potatoes uniformly and do not overcrowd the air fryer basket. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days.
