Instructions
In a small bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the sliced apples and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Sauté the apples for 5 minutes or until they are tender and slightly caramelized. Remove the apples from the skillet and set aside.
Wipe the skillet clean. Spread the cream cheese mixture onto one side of each tortilla.
Place a tortilla in the skillet over medium-low heat. Arrange half of the sautéed apples over one half of the tortilla.
Fold the tortilla in half to cover the apples. Cook for 2 minutes per side until the exterior is golden brown and crisp.
Repeat the process for the second tortilla. Slice into wedges and serve immediately.
