  • 1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar) Choose your preferred cheese.
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded You can use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
  • 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled Bacon adds a crunchy texture.
  • 1 ripe avocado sliced Make sure the avocado is ripe for the best flavor.
  • 2 tablespoons Ranch dressing For drizzling on top before serving.
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil For brushing the flatbread.
  • to taste Salt Season to your preference.
  • to taste Pepper Freshly ground is best.

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Roll out the flatbread dough on a floured surface and place it on a baking sheet.
  • Brush the flatbread with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over the flatbread.
  • Layer the shredded chicken and crumbled bacon on top of the cheese.

Cooking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  • Remove from the oven, top with sliced avocado, and drizzle with ranch dressing before serving. Enjoy!
