Bacon Ranch Pasta Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz rotini pasta
  • 12 oz bacon , cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup frozen peas, thawed
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, cubed
  • 1/2 cup red onion, finely diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup mayonnais e
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 packet (1 oz) dry ranch dressing mix
  • 1/4 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Boil a large pot of salted water and cook rotini pasta according to package directions until al dente.
  • Drain the pasta and rinse under cold water until fully cooled.
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, milk, ranch dressing mix, and black pepper.
  • Add the cooled pasta, crumbled bacon, peas, cubed cheddar, red onion, and cherry tomatoes to the dressing.
  • Toss all ingredients until the pasta is evenly coated.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
