  • 2 large large cucumbers Fresh cucumbers sliced into rounds.
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar Can be swapped for other types of vinegar.
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil Used to add flavor and assist browning.
  • 1 tablespoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 225°F (110°C).
  • Slice cucumbers into thin rounds and place them in a bowl.
  • In a small bowl, mix apple cider vinegar, olive oil, sea salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  • Pour the mixture over the cucumber slices and toss until evenly coated.
  • Arrange the cucumber slices in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Baking

  • Bake for about 2-3 hours, or until the cucumbers are crispy.
  • Let cool before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature. They can also be frozen for up to a month. Reheat in a hot oven to regain crispness.
