  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil Drizzle over pears before baking.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cut the pears in half lengthwise and scoop out the core.
  • In a bowl, mix goat cheese, cranberries, honey, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

Baking

  • Fill each pear half with the cheese and cranberry mixture.
  • Place the pears in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil.
  • Bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until the pears are tender.
  • Garnish with chopped nuts if desired, and serve warm.

Notes

For a nut-free version, leave out the nuts or use seeds. Add spices like cinnamon or ginger for a seasonal twist. For a stronger flavor, try a sprinkle of blue cheese instead of goat cheese.
