Instructions
Combine rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, and mashed banana in a 16-ounce glass jar.
Add chia seeds, vanilla extract, and maple syrup to the jar and whisk or stir vigorously until the mixture is homogeneous.
Secure the lid on the container and place in refrigeration at or below 40°F (4°C) for a minimum of 6 hours.
Remove from refrigeration and stir to redistribute moisture.
Garnish with fresh banana slices and crushed vanilla wafers immediately before serving to maintain texture contrast.
