Ingredients
  

For the Cauliflower

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (or almond flour for keto)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • Oil for frying (or cooking spray for air frying)

For the Bang Bang Sauce

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Dip cauliflower florets in the breadcrumb mixture, ensuring they are well-coated.
  • Arrange the florets in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Lightly spray with oil.

Cooking

  • Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway through until golden brown and crispy.

Sauce Preparation

  • In a separate bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice to make the bang bang sauce.

Serving

  • Once the cauliflower is cooked, toss it in the bang bang sauce until well coated.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for a few days or freeze for 1-2 months. Reheat in the air fryer for the best results.
