Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ pounds fresh salmon fillet cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 tablespoons coconut aminos or soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic grated
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha adjustable to taste
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons avocado oil for cooking

For the Bang Bang Sauce:

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 clove garlic grated
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Optional: extra sriracha for heat

Instructions
 

  • Cut the salmon into 1-inch cubes and mix with coconut aminos, rice vinegar, grated garlic, sriracha, and sesame oil. Let marinate for 10-15 minutes.
  • Heat your cooking method of choice (skillet, air fryer, or oven).
  • For air fryer: Preheat to 400°F. Cook salmon for 8-12 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  • For stovetop: Heat cast iron skillet to medium-high and cook salmon for 2-3 minutes per side until golden.
  • For oven: Preheat to 400°F and bake for 12-14 minutes.
  • While the salmon cooks, combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, grated garlic, soy sauce, honey, and sriracha for the sauce.
  • Toss the crispy salmon bites in the bang bang sauce and serve hot.

Notes

Adjust spice levels by increasing or decreasing sriracha in the sauce.
To keep salmon crispy, store the sauce separately and add just before serving.
You can use tofu or cauliflower for a vegetarian version.
