Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 lbs large peeled, deveined shrimp
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 tbsp hot sauce
  • 1/4 cup beer
  • 2 tbsp garlic minced
  • 1/2 lemon juiced
  • Fresh herbs oregano, rosemary, thyme
  • 1/2 onion diced
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat (375°F).
  • Thread marinated shrimp onto skewers (8 per skewer).
  • Grill shrimp for 3 minutes per side until opaque and cooked through.
  • For dual-contact grills, grill for 5 minutes, flipping halfway.
  • Remove shrimp from skewers and drizzle with garlic butter or your favorite sauce.
  • Serve immediately.
