  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder whey or plant-based
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or oat/regular milk
  • 1/2 frozen banana optional
  • 1 tbsp almond butter or peanut butter/sunflower seed butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Pour almond milk into your blender first.

  • Top with frozen mixed berries last.
  • Blend on high for about 60 seconds until smooth and vibrant purple.

Notes

Substitute fresh berries plus 1/2 cup ice if frozen berries unavailable.
Try variations such as adding tropical fruits, cocoa powder, or doubling spinach for different flavors and nutrition.
Smoothies best consumed fresh but can be refrigerated for up to 24 hours; shake before drinking.
For nut-free, use sunflower seed butter.
