Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup mixed berries fresh or frozen
  • 1 large lemon thinly sliced
  • 2-3 fresh mint leaves optional
  • 32 oz filtered water
  • Ice cubes as desired

Instructions
 

  • Place the mixed berries into a pitcher or large mason jar.
  • Gently muddle or smash the berries with a wooden spoon to release their juices and antioxidants.
  • Add the thinly sliced lemon and mint leaves (if using).
  • Pour the filtered water over the fruit and stir gently.
  • Add ice cubes to chill the drink.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight for best flavor infusion.
