Ingredients
  

For the Base:

  • 1 cup pineapple juice fresh or canned
  • 1/2 cup coconut cream not coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup blue curaçao syrup non-alcoholic
  • 2 tbsp lime juice fresh squeezed
  • 2 cups ice cubes

For Garnish:

  • Pineapple wedges
  • Maraschino cherries
  • Paper umbrellas optional

Instructions
 

  • Add 2 cups of ice to your blender.
  • Pour in pineapple juice, coconut cream, blue curaçao syrup, and lime juice.
  • Blend until smooth and slushy (about 30 seconds).
  • Pour into chilled hurricane glasses or any tall glass.
  • Garnish with a pineapple wedge, cherry, and paper umbrella if desired.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy the tropical vibes!

Notes

If you want it less sweet, reduce pineapple juice or add more lime juice.
You can prep the liquid mixture ahead and blend with ice before serving.
For extra fun, add a scoop of vanilla ice cream to turn it into a float.
To make a cocktail version, add 1.5 oz white or coconut rum per serving.
Substitute blue curaçao syrup with blue raspberry syrup and orange extract if needed.
