  • 2 cups heavy cream Chill the mixing bowl for better texture.
  • 1 cup whole milk You can swap with almond or coconut milk for a lighter option.
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar Adjust based on sweetness preference.
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract Use pure vanilla for better flavor.
  • as desired units blue food coloring Add drops until you reach desired color.
  • 1 teaspoon blue raspberry extract For flavor; can substitute with other fruit extracts.

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, whole milk, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, blue food coloring, and blue raspberry extract. Stir until well mixed.
  • Pour the mixture into your Ninja Creami container and freeze for at least 24 hours.
  • After freezing, remove from the freezer and let sit for 5-10 minutes before processing.
  • Place the container into the Ninja Creami machine and select the ‘Ice Cream’ function.
  • Once the cycle is complete, scoop and enjoy your Blue Moon Ice Cream!

Notes

Serve with toppings like whipped cream, sprinkles, or chocolate syrup. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 1-2 weeks.
