cheese, rind removed and sliced into 24 portions

blueberries

thyme leaves (optional)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (204°C) and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
Prepare the jalapeños by slicing them in half lengthwise and removing the seeds and membranes with a spoon.
Place the jalapeño halves on the prepared baking sheet, cut-side up.
Distribute the brie cheese portions evenly into the cavities of the jalapeño halves.
Press 2 to 3 fresh blueberries into the cheese of each pepper half.
Season the assembled poppers with salt and cracked black pepper.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the jalapeños are tender-crisp and the brie is melted and slightly golden.
Remove from the oven and immediately drizzle with honey.
Garnish with fresh thyme leaves if desired and serve warm.
