- 2 tsp Kosher salt
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar or red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp Hot pepper sauce
- 1 tsp Smoked paprika
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Dried thyme
- 1 cup Beef broth optional
- 1 tsp Onion powder optional
- 1 tsp Chili powder optional
Preheat oven to 300°F (149°C).
Season the boneless beef short ribs with salt, pepper, and spices.
