(6-ounce) salmon fillets

ounces Boursin
Garlic & Fine Herbs cheese, softened
1/2
cup panko
breadcrumbs

tablespoon extra
-virgin olive oil

teaspoon lemon
zest
1/4
teaspoon kosher
salt
1/4
teaspoon cracked
black pepper

tablespoon fresh
parsley, finely chopped
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels and season the tops with salt and pepper.
Place salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet skin-side down.
Spread approximately 1.25 ounces of Boursin cheese in an even layer over the top of each fillet.
In a small bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs, olive oil, and lemon zest until the crumbs are evenly coated.
Press the breadcrumb mixture firmly into the cheese layer on each fillet.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the salmon reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C) and the panko topping is golden brown.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
