Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius).
In a skillet over medium heat, sauté onions in olive oil until golden brown and caramelized, approximately 10 minutes.
Place the flatbread on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Distribute the caramelized onions evenly across the surface of the flatbread.
Arrange the sliced Brie and apples in an alternating, overlapping pattern over the onions.
Season with salt, pepper, and fresh thyme.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and the edges of the flatbread are crisp.
Remove from oven and drizzle with honey immediately before slicing and serving.
