  • 4 pieces Flatbreads
  • 8 ounces Brie cheese, sliced
  • 1 cup Cranberries (dried or fresh)
  • 1/4 cup Almonds (sliced or chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons Honey or maple syrup

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven according to flatbread instructions.
  • Place flatbreads on a baking sheet.
  • Spread sliced brie evenly over the flatbreads.
  • Top with cranberries and sprinkle with chopped almonds.
  • Drizzle honey or maple syrup over the top.
  • Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and slice into pieces. Serve warm.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for a couple of days. Cover tightly with plastic wrap or place in an airtight container. Freezing is also possible; wrap well and freeze for up to a month. To reheat, bake until warmed through.
