  • Mason jar or Cocktail shaker
  • Measuring spoons and liquid measuring cup
  • Ice cubes

Ingredients
  

  • 2 shots blonde espresso
  • 1-2 teaspoons light or dark brown sugar
  • 6 ounces unsweetened oat milk
  • Dash of ground cinnamon
  • Ice cubes to shake

Instructions
 

  • Brew 2 shots of blonde espresso.
  • In a mason jar or cocktail shaker, combine the espresso and 1-2 teaspoons of brown sugar.
  • Add a dash of cinnamon and ice cubes to the jar.
  • Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
  • Pour the espresso into a glass and add 6 ounces of oat milk on top.
  • Optionally, add more ice and a sprinkle of cinnamon for garnish.
