Mason jar or Cocktail shaker
Measuring spoons and liquid measuring cup
Ice cubes
- 2 shots blonde espresso
- 1-2 teaspoons light or dark brown sugar
- 6 ounces unsweetened oat milk
- Dash of ground cinnamon
- Ice cubes to shake
Brew 2 shots of blonde espresso.
In a mason jar or cocktail shaker, combine the espresso and 1-2 teaspoons of brown sugar.
Add a dash of cinnamon and ice cubes to the jar.
Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
Pour the espresso into a glass and add 6 ounces of oat milk on top.
Optionally, add more ice and a sprinkle of cinnamon for garnish.
