  • 2 cups Chocolate chips
  • 1 cup Toffee bits

Preparation

  • Begin by browning the butter in a saucepan until it turns a nice golden color.
  • In a bowl, mix the brown sugar, granulated sugar, and vanilla into the browned butter.
  • Add in the flour, baking soda, and salt, mixing until combined.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips and toffee bits gently.
  • Shape dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  • Bake at 350°F (175°C) until edges are golden. Let them cool before serving.

Notes

Serve warm with a glass of cold milk or a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week, or freeze for up to three months. Let cookies cool completely before freezing.
