  • 1.5 pounds cooked chicken breast, shredded Approximately 3 large breasts
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • cup ranch dressing
  • cup Frank's RedHot Buffalo sauce
  • 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation

  • Set oven temperature to 350°F (177°C) and allow it to fully preheat.
  • In a large mixing bowl, thoroughly blend the shredded chicken breast, softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, buffalo sauce, and 1 cup of the shredded cheddar cheese until fully incorporated.
  • Spread the chicken mixture evenly into a 1.5-quart baking dish and sprinkle the remaining ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
  • Place the dish in the oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the surface cheese is lightly browned and the dip is bubbling along the edges.
  • Serve immediately while hot, accompanied by chips, carrot sticks, or celery as desired.

Notes

To keep leftovers fresh, store any uneaten dip in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat in the oven at 350°F to enjoy again. Don't overbake to avoid burning the cheese on top. Consider mixing in veggies like bell peppers or onions for extra flavor.
