- 1 lb Ground Beef 80-85% lean
- 4 cups Romaine or Iceberg Lettuce shredded
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
- 1/2 cup Bread and Butter Pickle Chips
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese grated
- 4 servings Alexia® Organic Oven Crinkles or Homemade Fries
For seasoning the ground beef:
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Salt
For the special sauce:
- 1/3 cup Mayonnaise
- 4 tsp Pickle Juice
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric
- Pinch Salt
Cook the Ground Beef:
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add 1 lb of ground beef, breaking it into crumbles as it cooks.
Season with onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, and salt.
Cook for 5-8 minutes until no longer pink. Drain excess fat and set aside.
Prepare the Special Sauce:
Mix mayonnaise, pickle juice, sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, turmeric, and salt in a bowl.
Stir until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Assemble the Burger Bowl:
Start with 4 cups of shredded romaine lettuce as the base.
Add the cooked ground beef on top.
Layer with cherry tomatoes, bread and butter pickle chips, and grated cheddar cheese.
Drizzle and Garnish:
