Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Ground Beef 80-85% lean
  • 4 cups Romaine or Iceberg Lettuce shredded
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 1/2 cup Bread and Butter Pickle Chips
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese grated
  • 4 servings Alexia® Organic Oven Crinkles or Homemade Fries

For seasoning the ground beef:

  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

For the special sauce:

  • 1/3 cup Mayonnaise
  • 4 tsp Pickle Juice
  • 2 tsp Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric
  • Pinch Salt

Instructions
 

Cook the Ground Beef:

  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add 1 lb of ground beef, breaking it into crumbles as it cooks.
  • Season with onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, and salt.
  • Cook for 5-8 minutes until no longer pink. Drain excess fat and set aside.

Prepare the Special Sauce:

  • Mix mayonnaise, pickle juice, sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, turmeric, and salt in a bowl.
  • Stir until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to use.

Assemble the Burger Bowl:

  • Start with 4 cups of shredded romaine lettuce as the base.
  • Add the cooked ground beef on top.
  • Layer with cherry tomatoes, bread and butter pickle chips, and grated cheddar cheese.

Drizzle and Garnish:

  • Drizzle the special sauce over the bowl.
  • Optional: Add crispy fries, sliced avocado, or crumbled bacon as toppings.

Serve:

  • Toss gently to combine ingredients and serve immediately.
