  • 12 oz Rigatoni pasta Cook according to package instructions
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese Grated
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 medium Onion Chopped
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil For sautéing

Preparation

  • Cook the rigatoni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and onion, sauté until translucent.

Cooking

  • Add the Cajun-seasoned steak tips to the skillet and cook until browned.
  • Lower the heat, then stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, mixing until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy.
  • Combine the cooked rigatoni with the steak and sauce, mix well.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve hot, garnished with parsley.
