  • 1 piece Pizza dough Use homemade or pre-made.

Toppings

  • 1 cup Roasted red peppers Sliced.

  • 1 handful Fresh basil Add after baking for best flavor.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  • Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.
  • Spread the Calabrian chili paste over the dough.
  • Layer the roasted red peppers and mozzarella cheese on top.

Baking

  • Bake for about 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden and crispy.
  • Once out of the oven, add fresh basil for a pop of flavor.

Notes

For a quicker option, use pre-made pizza dough. Adjust the chili amount to control heat and consider adding olives or pepperoni for extra flavor.
