  • 1 large large flour tortilla (burrito-size) Warmed slightly for flexibility
  • 2–3 slices deli turkey breast Use your preferred style
  • 2 slices cooked bacon Crispy for best texture
  • 2–3 slices ripe avocado Fresh and soft for ideal flavor
  • 2 slices tomato Ripe and firm
  • 1 handful lettuce or baby spinach For added crunch
  • 1 slice cheddar or provolone cheese Optional, add for extra creaminess
  • 1–2 tbsp mayonnaise or ranch dressing Spread for flavor
  • to taste Salt & black pepper For seasoning to preference

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Warm the tortilla in a dry skillet or microwave for 10-15 seconds until pliable.
  • Spread mayonnaise or ranch dressing evenly over the center of the tortilla.
  • Layer with lettuce, then add turkey, cheese, bacon, tomato slices, and avocado. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Fold the sides of the tortilla inwards, then roll tightly from the bottom to form a wrap.
  • Slice the wrap in half diagonally and enjoy, or wrap it tightly in foil or parchment paper for later.

Notes

For variation, pair with fruit or chips. Great for picnics or lunch boxes. Store in the fridge wrapped in foil or parchment and consume within a day or freeze for up to a month.
