Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 2 medium apples, diced (Honeycrisp, Fuji, or Granny Smith)
  • optional chopped pecans or chocolate chips, for topping

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  • Spread the mixture evenly into a serving dish. Top with caramel sauce and sprinkle with diced apples. Add pecans or chocolate chips if desired.
  • Serve immediately with apple slices, graham crackers, pretzels, or vanilla wafers. Optionally, chill before serving.
