Ingredients
  

  • 2 celery stalks chopped
  • 1 banana fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 green apple cored and chopped
  • 1 cup spinach optional
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup adjust to taste
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt for dairy-free
  • 1/2 cup ice omit if using frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup water adjust for consistency

Instructions
 

  • Wash and chop the celery into small pieces.
  • Add banana and apple chunks to the blender.
  • Add all other ingredients: celery, spinach, lemon juice, sweetener, yogurt, and ice.
  • Blend on low for 10 seconds, then on high for 30–45 seconds until smooth.
  • Adjust thickness with water if needed.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness.
  • Serve immediately for best flavor and texture.

Notes

Soak celery in water for 15 minutes if your blender struggles with fibrous texture.
For a vegan version, use coconut yogurt and agave syrup.
Try variations like adding pineapple, mango, berries, or protein powder for different benefits and flavors.
Can be stored in fridge for up to 12 hours in an airtight container.
