Ingredients
  

  • 1-1.5 lbs ground beef 80/20 lean-to-fat ratio
  • 12 oz egg noodles wide or medium-sized
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat Oven & Prepare Ingredients
  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • Brown the Ground Beef
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula. Drain excess fat.
  • Combine Ingredients
  • In a large bowl, mix cooked beef, cream of mushroom soup, milk, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • Stir in cooked noodles and 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Assemble the Casserole
  • Transfer the mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Top with the remaining shredded cheese.
  • Bake the Casserole
  • Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
  • Remove foil and bake uncovered for an additional 10 minutes, until cheese is golden and bubbly.
  • Serve and Enjoy!
  • Let the casserole rest for 5-10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Notes

Substitute ground turkey for a leaner option.
