  • 1 package pizza dough
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced Use fresh garlic for rich flavor.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil Essential for flavor and to toast the garlic.
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  • Transfer the rolled dough to a baking sheet.
  • Brush the dough with olive oil and sprinkle the minced garlic evenly over the surface.
  • Add the mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese on top.
  • Sprinkle Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper over the cheese.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the edges are golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, then cut into breadsticks and enjoy!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Freeze wrapped in foil for up to 2 months. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes to keep them crispy.
