Ingredients
  

For the Chicken:

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 1 pound)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For the Wraps:

  • 4 large flour tortillas whole wheat optional
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 medium tomato diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro chopped
  • 1 lime juiced

For the Sauce:

  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp sriracha or hot sauce
  • 1 tbsp lime juice

Instructions
 

Prep and Cook the Chicken:

  • Mix olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  • Coat the chicken breasts evenly with the seasoning mixture.
  • Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken for 5-7 minutes per side until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Let it rest for 5 minutes, then slice into thin strips against the grain.

Prep the Fillings:

  • Halve and pit the avocados. Slice or mash depending on preference. Toss with 1 tbsp lime juice to prevent browning.
  • Dice tomatoes, slice onions, and chop cilantro.
  • Mix the sauce ingredients in a small bowl until smooth.

Assemble Your Wraps:

  • Warm tortillas slightly (15 secs in microwave or skillet) to make them more pliable.
  • Spread a thin layer of sauce across the middle of each tortilla.
  • Layer avocado, chicken slices, lettuce, tomato, onion, and cilantro.
  • Drizzle with additional sauce if desired.
  • Fold in the sides and roll tightly to close.

Notes

Variations: Customize with different sauces (tzatziki, BBQ, or peanut sauce), add veggies like corn or beans, or try adding bacon for extra flavor.
