Ingredients
  

Pizza Crust Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded Use cooked chicken for the best texture.
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded Mixed into the crust.
  • 1 large egg Binds the crust together.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder Add flavor to the crust.
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder Add flavor to the crust.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning Adjust seasoning to taste.

Toppings

  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce Spread over the crust after baking.
  • 1 cup additional toppings (pepperoni, bell peppers, olives, etc.) Customize according to preference.
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, for topping Sprinkle on top of the toppings.

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, 1 cup mozzarella cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning. Mix until well combined.
  • Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, forming a round crust about 1/2 inch thick.

Cooking

  • Bake the crust for 15-20 minutes until golden and firm.
  • Remove from the oven and spread pizza sauce over the crust.
  • Add your choice of toppings and additional mozzarella cheese on top.
  • Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Allow to cool slightly, slice, and enjoy your low-carb chicken crust pizza!

Notes

This pizza is best enjoyed hot right out of the oven. It pairs well with a fresh salad or veggies on the side. For a fun meal, allow everyone to choose their toppings.
