  • 1 can chili (with or without beans)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a casserole dish, layer the frozen tater tots evenly at the bottom.
  • Pour the chili over the tater tots.
  • In a bowl, mix the sour cream, diced onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Spread this mixture over the chili layer.
  • Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!

Notes
