Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the dough onto a baking sheet.

Baking

  • Bake for 10 minutes or until lightly golden.
  • Let cookies cool completely.

Dipping

  • Melt chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler.
  • Dip each cookie halfway into melted chocolate and allow excess to drip off.
  • Place dipped cookies on wax paper to set.

Notes
