  • 5 cups Greek yogurt (full-fat, plain or vanilla) Use full-fat for the creamiest texture.
  • 4 scoops chocolate protein powder Approximately 2 to 3 tablespoons per scoop.
  • 3 to 4 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder Add an extra tablespoon for a richer chocolate flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup Adjust sweetness to taste.

Preparation

  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk until smooth.
  • Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to thicken.
  • Serve topped with whipped cream, shaved chocolate, and berries if desired.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3 to 5 days. Not suitable for freezing as texture may change. Can be prepared the night before for best results.
